Your Account and Responsibilities

By creating an account on AGF+, you agree to:

Are owned by AGF+ or its partners and content providers, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, modification, creation of derivative works, public display or commercial use of any content without prior written authorization from AGF+ or the respective owners is expressly prohibited.

Service Availability and Maintenance

We work continuously to keep the platform available, stable and functioning properly. However:

• •Maintenance: Scheduled or emergency maintenance may occur that may result in temporary service interruptions
• •External factors: Interruptions may occur due to technical, network, force majeure factors or events beyond our control

Limitation of Liability

• •We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information available on the platform
• •We are not responsible for third-party content or external links that may be available on the platform

Account Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:
